Estelle Dévé launched her eponymous jewellery line in December 2008, in Melbourne, Australia. Having relocated to London in early 2014, Dévé has now established her brand in Europe and is supported by some of the most prestigious fashion accounts globally.
Since her debut collection, Dévé has garnered the support of the world’s most progressive fashion magazines; having been featured in publications such as Vogue Paris, British Vogue, Interview magazine, ELLE France and ELLE UK, & RUSSH, to name a few.
The brand has built an impressive editorial profile and a growing list of national and international stockists. In addition to holding a BA in Business and Marketing, Dévé also acquired in-depth knowledge of the industry through various fashion related roles before starting her label.
Entrepreneurship is inherent within Dévé’s family as her father and aunt also successfully ran jewellery businesses in the late nineties. Dévé’s aunt later went on to design jewellery for Chanel under Karl Lagerfeld, and is now the creative director of the fine jewellery house Chaumet.
From delicate brass cast architectural gold, to statement pieces made of Swarovski crystal pearls, Estelle's vision is as much intriguing as it is innovative. Dévé’s penchant for Sci-fi inspired jewels is fast becoming the designer’s trademark, fusing the classicism with futurism.
Completely self-taught, it has allowed her to create and discover new techniques, free from the constraints of tradition. The designer's French roots inform her artisanal approach resulting in truly unique and timeless collections all conceived using the latest 3D technology.
